WEEKLY MEAL PREPS
A weekly meal prep is a simple system where you plan, cook, and portion out meals for several days (usually 4–7) in advance. It’s all about saving time, reducing stress, and making healthier eating easier during busy weekdays.
Minimum 4 days $200 Plus Labor and Delivery
Daily/Weekly Breakfast
Add Strawberry Blueberry Yogurt Parfait or Fruit Cup
- Scrambled Eggs/Spinach, Mozzarella and Mushrooms
- Chicken Omelette(Meat of Choice) w/bell peppers, onions, mushrooms
- Shrimp/Grits topped with green onions
- Smothered Potatoes/ Turkey Sausage
- Meat Skillet, Eggs-Potatoes
- French Toast, Turkey Sausage Rice/Eggs
- Avocado Toast, Turkey Sausage Rice/Eggs
- Avocado Toast Egg Sandwich (Boiled Egg)
Daily/Weekly Lunch
- Salmon/Rice Spinach or Broccoli (Cilantro Lime or Yellow Rice)
- Chicken Stir Fry, Broccoli and Carrots over Jasmine Rice (Brown Gravy or Teriyaki Style)
- Chicken Salad/Jerk w/Strawberries
- Salmon Salad w/ Strawberries and Avocado
- Grilled/Bake Tilapia (Cilantro Lime or Yellow Rice) Broccoli
- Bowtie Spinach Chicken Bowl
- Pasta Chicken Bowl
- Shrimp Pasta Bowl
Salads come with Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheese, boiled egg, croutons, cranberries/almonds, shredded carrots
